guided transfer – nobody is answering my questions

I am getting very frustrated with waiting for help with my guided transfer. Problems I asked about five days ago are not solved yet and I haven’t heard from you guy at all since before the weekend. PLEASE help me with deactivating my default audioplayer and showing me were my list of subscribers are. What kind of service is this?

You should know that many, if not most, of the replies in these forums come from your fellow bloggers, volunteers who want to help answer questions about how this platform works. As such, we have no authority, power, or magic to do any sort of behind-the-scene assistance as you are paying for.
I’ll mark this thread with a modlook tag, but you really should contact support staff directly. I’ve never used the guided transfer so I’m not sure if you have a specific contact address, but the usual link is this:

I know this is not the place, Tess and I have always been very happy with help I had got here. Put if the company WP offers a product with support and I don’t get anny support from where I payed for it – what am I to do??? I have a contact address, but what’s the use of it when they don’t answer? I write here after having written them many mails in the course of six days.

I hope it does not come to this, but ultimately if you are not getting what you paid for you can deal with it as you would with non-delivered goods – call your card company, paypal or whoever made the payment and tell them to cancel the payment. Most likely they will put the payment into dispute (meaning that neither of you get the money but don’t pay interest). while they wait for WordPress to say that they have delivered the service or admit they haven’t and refund the money.I have had to do this with some physical deliveries, and always had a quick delivery from the vendor soon afterwards!
