Guided Transfer not available

  Hi. I want to transfer my wordpress site from .com to .org but the guided transfer says ‘unavailable’ when I go to purchase it. I really need my website on .org but don’t know how do it myself.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi Matt,

  Guided Transfer isn’t available for sites using Custom Fonts, since those custom fonts can’t be transferred to a self-hosted (WordPress.org) site.

  You can disable those custom fonts by opening the “Fonts” section in your site’s Customizer and then clicking the “X” next to each of the custom fonts you’re using there. When you save the changes in the customizer, your site will go back to using the default fonts for your theme and you’ll find the option to purchase a guided transfer.
