Guided Transfer Option Not Available?

  We are wanting to purchase a Guided Transfer. Your instructions say we need a free theme and use default fonts, which our site does. But when I go to the Tools > Export option, I don’t see an option to purchase the Guided Transfer. Where can I find this option?

  Hi @ckrcil, someone flagged this thread for staff attention. Sorry we didn’t see it earlier.

  Guided Transfers were not available for a few days as the whole team was away for meetings and projects. You should be able to buy one Monday.
