guided transfer paid for and no response

    Hello. I am very unhappy with wordpress “service”. I paid for a guided transfer last week and have received no reply. I emailed again last Saturday and nothing. I can hire someone else to do this, but have been wasting my time hoping for a response in the meantime and did not want to touch the site just in case. So, please either respond, do the transfer, tell me you are not able to do it, or give me an excuse. Anything…….. otherwise, I will cancel the charge. Please cc the email to (email visible only to moderators and staff) as well just so I know it is not an email error. Thank you.

    I looked into your account and apologize for the miscommunication. We’ve sent to e-mails to the address that was on the account when the upgrade was purchased. I’ll forward it to the new address on the account and the two you’ve listed in this post and this one (that got a little buried in the weekend storm of requests).

    I’ll forward the e-mail in a few moments. Please reply back to that message as it is routed directly to the Guided Transfer team (instead of us generalists that handle the support form).

    The Guided Transfer team responded to the e-mailed instructions that the site is scheduled to be transferred today. Kindly, please do respond with questions to the e-mail as the Guided Transfer team is in the best position to answer questions or concerns in more detail.

    I show that Michael on staff responded yesterday when the process began (~3:30 pm Central) and finished (~4:10 pm Central). Chris responded this morning. I’m letting our Guided Transfer team respond to keep too many cooks out of the kitchen.
