Guided Transfer purcahsed, but nothing happening

  Hello,
  Hi, I decided to move to wordpress.org, but with my limited knowledge and time, it seems a big challenge, so I purchased Guided Transfer, and got a contract with siteGround .
  Two and half weeks passed, but apart from the receipt of the purchase, there is no communication. Sent email to help@wordpress.com, but no response. Have I missed anything?
  Any help with guided transfer process and timeframe will be appreciated.

  HI there,

  We’ve replied to you on 28 January, 2 February, 6 Februay, and again on 10 February via email. We have not had any reply from you on any of those emails. Can you please check if those emails haven’t perhaps landed in your Spam folder? Gmail could also have filtered them to the Social or Updates tabs.

  If you don’t find those replies anywhere in Gmail, can you please provide an alternative email address where we can contact you to help with this?
