Guided Transfer Query

Hello Everyone,
I am based in Ireland and wish to know if it is possible for me to arrange a guided transfer to WordPress.org using one of your recommended hosting sites or do they not give support outside the USA?
I recently transferred using an Irish Hosting Service but am struggling to get my site set up properly. My hosting company are unhelpful when it comes to issues and the wordPress.org training I paid for was insufficient for a proper transfer. My site does not function properly and I would like to change hosting company. I wanted your Guided Transfer but was lured into getting Irish hosting by my Irish WordPress Trainer. That was months ago and my new site is still not functioning properly and am still working from my WordPres.com one. I cannot arrange a site re-direct until the new one is working properly. JetPack Plugin disables the site once it is activated and I really need JetPack. I just want to start the process all over again but with people who know what they are doing.
Is it possible?

Thank for your reply. So are you saying that I can leave my hosting company and arrange hosting with one of your partner hosting organisations and then let you do my guided transfer? Your hosting companies will offer me support in Ireland?

Thank you so much and sorry for the delay in responding. I went to the west of Ireland for a few days break and just back last night.
Since my Irish Hosting Company fail to respond to my requests for specific error messages every time I activate Jetpack I think I am going to start all over again and go with the guided transfer. WordPress.org have offered some solutions but none have worked. They have also asked to to get the information from my Hosting company to see if anything can be done. It is nonsense that this should be going on so long.
Now I am looking for a hosting recommendation for my site from your list of partners.
I wish to develop my site for commercial purposes and even though it is large at present it will continue to grow. My site is teachmetarot.wordpress.com . Have you any recommendations which of your partner hosting companies would best serve my purpose. I find all the technical language on their sites hard to follow.
I don’t really know what I need but I will be working my site on a restricted view basis (some free but one must subscribe to view more) with small fee yearly members subscription. I plan to upload accompanying video tutorials and sell other mini related courses on my site. Also a forum as site develops.
I am not sure if this is the area to be asking but no doubt you will tell me if so.

Any of the hosts should be fine.
I’d recommend simply purchasing the Guided Transfer upgrade in the WordPress.com blog you wish to move. There is a page in your dashboard after purchase that will help you get signed up with a host.

Thank you so much. Ringing my Hosting Company this morning to firstly ask why they never respond to my support issues and secondly to give them notice of my departure.
I will follow your advice as recommended.

Hi Hewsut,
Guess what, my Hosting Company have eventually sorted out my JetPack issue once I mentioned departure. They just needed to increase my memory and hey presto JetPack worked. Terrible it took nearly three months to do this. I will now see how well the site functions and if the transfer was completed. I will give them a second chance. Maybe we just got off to a bad start? We shall see.
Thank you for all your assistance and fingers crossed all is fine. Otherwise I will be back for the Guided Transfer. One way or another, when my new Blog/Site is ready to go, I will require the Site Redirect to transfer all my stats, followers, etc.
