Guided Transfer question

  I just had a question about guided transfer support. I know that it covers a two week period. Does that include plugins and theme support as well? Is phone support available too? Thanks.

  It covers all of the themes and plugins that we can support, which is most of them.

  We don’t offer phone support, but we can do voice chat over Skype.

  Sorry about that, my mistake. We only do support over email at this time with regards to Guided Transfers.
