Guided Transfer Questions

Hi-
I purchased the Guided Transfer and had it done yesterday-today. I’ve been trying to get some questions answered (and have another list right behind them), but it’s taking 4-5 hours (if at all, as I’m still waiting for help since 11am this morning EST) to get any body to answer the requisite email.
Any chance that we can speed up the process in terms of getting support to respond so that I can move forward?

I checked our system and I do see your email from this morning ET. It looks like Velda has replied to it in full.

Hey there-
Yes, Velda did reply about an hour ago. Will it always take close to ten hours to get support for the transfer to the . Org system? I’m having a number if small glitches and responding after 8 pm est isn’t helping me do the work I need to during business hours.
Any other suggestions as to how I can get more of a timely response?
