Guided Transfer – Refund?

I paid for Guided Transfer, but already have hosting I wish to use. It is NOT on your recommended hosting list. Can I get a refund, or can you work with Register.com?

Due to the way we migrate sites over, we only perform guided transfers on hosts we have a pre-existing relationship with. Sadly, register.com is not one of them.
I’ll refund your purchase now; please allow a couple of days for it to be reflected in your account.
Likewise, I noticed the Premium Bundle on your account. While the VideoPress and space upgrades apsects of the bundle can be used in conjunction with a site on WordPress.org, it may not be a right fit for you either. If you decide to cancel that, please do let me know and I’d happily help with that as well.
