  I need a refund on the guided transfer I paid for. I was able to have someone do it for free. It is already transferred. Please address this asap. Thank you.

  Yikes, I just saw that you were already walking through the Guided Transfer steps with a colleague of mine.

  They happiness engineer stated that we woul dreevaluate Monday (tomr) to see if I still needed thhe guided transfer. If I find that it is necessary, I will purchase it again. Thanks!
