guided transfer, siteground login information keeps saying it is wrong.

  I’m trying to get my guided transfer started. It’s asking for my siteground login info and it is correct (I’ve verified it with siteground) but it keeps saying that it isn’t correct. How do I resolve this? I want to be able to get started sooner rather than later.
