Guided Transfer Time

  Hello,

  I’m considering performing a guided transfer from wordpress.com to wordpress.org. How long does a guided transfer take? Do I have to be actively involved in the whole process? I’d rather not have to miss work for this if it’s possible.

  Hi there!

  Here’s a guide that will cover everything that occurs with a Guided Transfer:

  You do need to be involved, but any contact they would need from you the day of the transfer is all done via email – so as long as you have access to that, you can be anywhere when the transfer occurs.
