Guided Transfer to .Org and Reinstall Premium Theme?

Hi there, we need to do a Guided Transfer to wordpress.org. We understand that in order to do so we have to disable our premium theme and select a free one, but I read somewhere that the Happiness Engineers will try to match your previous premium theme as much as possible. Is that true? We have the Modern News theme and really love it, so we’re hoping this can be resolved. Otherwise, we’d be a tad disappointed that we invested so much into upgrades only to have them disappear after the xfer.
