Guided Transfer Unavailable

    I want to move my wordpress.com site to wordpress.org but when I go to buy the guided transfer it says it’s unavailable. I tried doing it myself and am getting frustrated. I currently have my blog up and running, my domain & email through GoDaddy, and hosting via Hostgator. I am so confused and just need someone to fix all of this for me so my business can start running smoothly.

    The staff turn off the Guided Transfer when the backlog is too much or they are in a multi-day staff meeting

    keep checking – the option should be back in a few days
