Guided Transfer (Upgrade Unavailable)?

  I’m trying to move my blog (ReFashionista.net) from WordPress.COM to WordPress.ORG. When I try to purchase the guided transfer, it says “Upgrade Unavailable”. Why is this? What can I do?

  Could you please try to purchase the upgrade through http://store.wordpress.com/premium-upgrades/guided-transfer/ ?

  I tried this, and when I try to select my blog, ReFashionista, it says “Uprgade Unavailable”.

  The Guided Transfer product is not currently available for blogs that use custom fonts. Please switch your custom fonts back to your theme’s default fonts if you would like to proceed.

  To do so, go to http://refash.wordpress.com/wp-admin/customize.php -> Fonts and click on both X symbols of Headings and Body Text.

  After that try to purchase the upgrade again through http://store.wordpress.com/premium-upgrades/guided-transfer/
