Guided transfer – 'upgrade unavailable'

  When I try to purchase a guided transfer it says ‘upgrade unavailable’. I’ve switched my fonts back to default fonts but am still unable to make the purchase. What else do I need to do to be able to purchase the upgrade?

  Hi there,

  Guided Transfer isn’t available for sites using a premium theme, like your site’s theme MH Magazine. You’ll need to switch your site to on of our free themes before you can do the Guided Transfer.
