Can anyone tell me whether the paid upgrade Guided Transfers to wordpress.org are still available once a blog has been suspended?

It would seem that the Guided Transfer cannot be purchased from a suspended account (I’ve tried).
The account was suspended after I acted in good faith on the advice of a staff-blorbo and posted an unlinked image which has been classified as an ad. This information was apparently incorrect.
In your experience, is it a possibility that the suspension would be lifted if I remove the offending content (which I will happily do), especially given that I received incorrect information from WP staff?
Any help or advice that you can give would be greatly appreciated – I just want to do whatever is required to get my blog compliant and back online – 8 months of hard work have gone into building it.
