Gutenberg cannot add blocks (+ sign in grey and doesnt work)

  I have a WP website with the latest WP (Versión 5.8.1)
  Since today when I add a post or edit an existing one (same for pages) I have not the possibility to add blocks. It is like Gutenberg is not funtioning well.

  I have checked my admin profile to see if there was something concerning it, but all seems the same as prior when it all worked fine

  Any clues? I appreciate your help
