Gutenberg pullquote and quote colour help

  Hi. I am having trouble with Gutenberg pullquotes and quotes on the back end. When I start a new block the background is automatically black and I can’t change it using the color panel on the side. Is there CSS code I can add to remove the black color? I should mention, when I publish the post, the quote does turn white. It’s only on the backend.
