Not without more information. What makes you think there is an attack going on at your site?

This is a site for people with problems with our employer.
I know the department ICT has the command to find out who is behind the site and who is reacting. So I would like to know if it is possible to see if they are trying to do so.

WordPress.com will give a good degree of protection against hacking. There are some ways that your employer potentially could get information by tricking one of your editors:

    1. They cloud post links in articles or comments to sites that could track IP addresses or even download malware.
    2. They could post a link to an image elsewhere on the web (not an uploaded image) which could track IP addresses.
    3. They could try “social engineering” to befriend others in comments and get them to reveal information or to email them.

Over all I think there is a very low risk, but people have to be careful and not assume that anyone leaving a comment or asking people to email them is a friend!
