Hack in WordPress

  I have a wp site that got hacked into. Everytime I try to go to /wp-admin it does a redirect: http://bradliebentritt.com/wp-login.php?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Fbradliebentritt.com%2Fwp-admin%2F&reauth=1.

  How do I fix and make sure everything is gone.
