    I received a message from you. Someone logged in my account using an email log in link? I didn’t do this.

    Hi jacquelinetextiles,

    I’ve checked our logs and we haven’t sent any login related emails, to the address on your Account Settings page. There also haven’t been any recent logins using an email link (the last one was several months ago).

    Can you confirm the email address of the account or address of the site you are concerned about? If you type the email address normally, it will be hidden from public view but visible to staff.

    If there is any chance someone else may have access to your login details, please change your password and enable two step authentication (be sure to print the backup codes) as soon as possible.
