  I received an email stating that there was a new user added to my account. I never authorized nor know who this is… New user registration on your site Branham Insurance Group:

  Hi there,

  If you have access to your admin account, you can remove users.

  I also added the modlook tag to this thread which will call Staff’s attention. They will be able to help further investigate what could have happened.

  In order to have a user on a WordPress.com site, that user needs to have their own WordPress.com user account and there is no account here using that username or email address.

  Can you let us know what the URL is of the site where you’re having this problem? Once we have that information, we’ll be better able to advise.
