  As your site https://santarosaphotographicsociety.org/ is a paid plan on the wordpress.com platform, it’s very easy to restore access using the transaction ID at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#account-recovery-form

  Just clarifying the issue here may be that you’re logged into the wrong account. I don’t see your username associated with the site, though I do see many others.

  I was able to log out and log back in using the WP default login page. After that I was able to receive chat support. It turns out the the server had a disconnect of the installed jet pack. When the connection was restored it changed all my settings to their default state which caused the problem. Not too happy with wordpress.com so I will probably change to a WP server of my joice. hen I will have full access to the plugins and ge a cPanel as well. as 24 hour phone support.

  Sorry to hear it! We do have chat-based support so long as you’re logged into the right account. The forums are primarily for folks who use our free hosting.

  But I am glad you were able to get into the account as least.
