  Hi
  This is the second time. someone register his name as administrator in WP.
  How can i stop it? I did all the security steps.

  Looking at that site I can see it’s hosted on Bluehost. It’s not using our managed hosting environment from WordPress.com.

  For help, I would contact them first. Inquire specifically about what security tools they are utilizing. Otherwise, there’s a volunteer network available for folks who run their own WordPress installations, which is how you’re set up. That is available at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
