  If you are talking about devlinsbooks.com, that site has been registered on 2021-09-17, https://www.whois.com/whois/devlinsbooks.com.
  If you let a domain expire, you are literally saying you don’t need it anymore. Unless your domain is a registered trademark, you have no legal base to claim ‘your’ domain.

  To add to what @staartmees noted, if you allowed the devlinsbooks.com domain to expire, there’s a chance that someone else registered it.

  In this case, the domain is now with a third-party registrar; it’s not possible to recover this domain as someone else owns it now.
