  So my blog is hacked and the new owner is threatning to delete the site
  what do I do

  Dunno. You could start by giving us a link to the site in question and explaining why, if you aren’t the owner, it’s a problem.

  The fastest way to get “hacked” on WordPress.com is to assign another user to your blog in the role of Administrator. http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/
