  Hi, my wordpress website has been hacked. Somebody has requested to change my email address, I have been sent 2 bills and when i log onto my website it appears under a completely different name. Does anybody have an emergency number? As I can’t seem to get through to live chat. Thanks

  No one on any support forum anywhere in the world can assist with any site for which you do not provide the URL. What is it?

  You have already replied to the email you sent us. Sending additional replies to that email makes it take longer for us to get to it as each new reply resets the ticket to the bottom of the queue.
