  This is the support forum for sites hosted at WordPress.com such as https://weregoingonaroadtrip.wordpress.com/ which looks ok to me although devoid of content. Is that the site you need help with or some other WordPress.com site?
  PS: If your site is hosted elsewhere and using the WordPress.org software then you’ll need to ask for advice from your host or https://wordpress.org/support/
