The email account I had connected to a different WordPress account was hacked. I cannot access it. So, I can’t access the WordPress account either.
I’d set up a blog with that account but haven’t used it, I mostly have it for blogs I follow.
Can anyone help with this?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hello there, are you able to contact your email service provider to regain control of the account?
Regarding your WordPress account, have you tried to login using username instead of email address? This is provided you still have the password with you.
If you have lost your password and no access to your registered email, then you could request for account recovery here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/#account-recovery-form

What is the URL of the site or the username of the WordPress.com account you’re trying to access?
Your best option is to contact your email provider to regain access to the hacked email account. But if that’s not possible, and you can’t provide another form of verification via the account recovery form, we won’t be able to help you regain access to the account.
