If the person in question registered the wordpress.COM site you referred to under their nusername account then it was not hacked; that person is the actual owner of the site.
Blogs aren’t owned by companies, groups or organizations.
Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner. It is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address, and who is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account. You have to contact the site’s actual owner and have them transfer the blog to your username account. You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard and delete the site https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/ or make the site visibility private. https://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/
The Admin login link to the dashboard for every blog hosted by wordpress.COM is:
http://NAME_OF_BLOG.wordpress.com/wp-admin/
* You will have to replace “name_of_blog” with the actual blog’s name in that URL.
There is a single email address that can be used on only one username account and not on any others, regardless of how many blogs are registered under that username account. The blog’s owner can change the relevant email address on their accounts page at https://wordpress.com/me/account
For Issues Changing your Email Address see https://en.support.wordpress.com/email-address/#issues-changing-your-email-address
Also, consult these guides:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/email-address/
https://en.support.wordpress.com/email-notifications/gmail-issues/This support doc https://en.support.wordpress.com/passwords/ covers how the blog’s owner can change or reset their account password, and keeping their WordPress.com account (and other online services) secure. See also Selecting a Strong Password https://en.support.wordpress.com/selecting-a-strong-password/
After the blog’s owner logs in clicking this link should display all blogs registered under the same username account, including the hidden ones: https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs&show=hidden
If you do not see the blog here http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/ then you need to follow this guide > http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/#my-blogs-dashboard-visibility
If the log-in information is lost you need to visit https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
If you check each and every possible email address and account and are not successful gaining access to the blog(s) then the blog’s owner must complete the form for account recovery at this link https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery and submit it to the Account Recovery Staff, and provide proof ownership, so they can contact you by email ie. not on these public support forums, which are available to everyone with internet access.

There is no domain mapping upgrade for elevnmagazine.com/. If you would like to use this domain and map to it from http://elevnmagazinecomblog.wordpress.com/ you will first need to set up domain mapping.
re: mapping an existing domain
Important Notes Before Upgrading
https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/#important-notes-before-upgradingAll wordpress.com blogs are on .wordpress.com subdomains.
WordPress.com does not accept domain transfers but mapping an existing domain is possible. If you have registered a .wordpress.com blog you log in as Admin under the exact same username account that registered the WordPress.COM blog, and as you own a domain URL already, you can see here for mapping an existing domain. http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/
Domain mapping of an existing domain URL that you already own and purchased elsewhere is not done free of charge. You will have to renew the domain name purchase where you made it, and also renew the domain mapping purchase here, each and every year.
Mapping an existing domain costs $13. annually and a domain name purchase and domain mapping are included in the Premium upgrade bundle.
In order to map to a domain one must have an underlying .wordpress.com sub-domain blog to map from and it does not matter what that underlying .wordpress.com URL is. It does not have to match the domain URL. If you do not register a .wordpress.com blog URL first then the software supplies the dot whatever URL so you can proceed with your domain mapping purchase.
See https://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/
Your billing history will be at Dashboard > Store > Billing History
https://en.support.wordpress.com/billing-history/Your only options for payment are found here http://en.support.wordpress.com/payment/
It can take between 24 – 72 hours for domain name propagation to take place throughout the internet. You can view the DNS changes here > http://www.whatsmydns.net/ What’s important during that stage is to be patient.

I understand what you are saying but If this blog and or blogger who created this blog is using my logos, name, my personal information, my copyrighted published work on their site that is illegal – the infringement of intellectual property- WordPress.com should not allow compromised content on the sites – if I owe Coke a cola and somebody other than me starts a Coke a cola without the proper clearance they legal action is in order – I need to know how I can either get my site back or get it shutdown for improper use of copyrighted content – and since WordPress is the domain for this content to be distributed then they are all equally at fault. Does anybody know what I can do in this situation – this wrong I need the contact information to WordPress coporate
