  I have a pre existing account site which has changed personal information at http://www.animaelexicon.wordpress.com. I would also like this account deleted.

  If you like to delete that account but you don’t have access to it you can follow these steps to regain access and delete it:

  If you still have access to the email connected to the account, you can enter that email address in the password recovery tool. Please check your spam folder for the recovery email if you don’t immediately receive it in your inbox:

  If that doesn’t work, in order to regain access to a WordPress.com account, we’ll need one of the following things:

  * A transaction ID for any upgrades purchased for the account
