Hacked Account

  Our website appears to have been hacked.
  Website: (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  This started with an email that a new user registered for our account and was followed by another email that they had changed their password. Now our customers get a screen asking them to prove they are not a robot by allowing something. The allow pop up has different words each time it pops up.

  How do we stop this before our customers get hacked as well?
