Hacked.. Category pages added to my site directs to Canadian RX

  Any tips on removing category pages that were added to my site without my knowledge. They don’t show on my admin page, found them as keywords on google webmaster.
  Deleted and reinstalled wordpress… They came back

  Any suggestions?
