  My email was hacked and subsequently my .org account was taken with our phones as -these were secondary authenticators. I had to create this account just so I could find help. I’ve paid for my domain for 4 years and couldn’t get help because the hackers had altered the email. Not happy.

  That is not the site I need help with above. Is there an actual bloody person who can email me asap and resolve this???

  Hi there,

  If your WordPress.org site was hacked, there is nothing we can do from our end, as this is WordPress.COM and we don’t have any access to self-hosted WordPress.org sites.

  As you don’t actually indicate the site with which you need help I can’t do anything more than tell you you’ll need to get in contact with your hosting provider and hope they have a backup of your site which you can restore.

  I had to create this account just so I could find help.

  This account was created on WordPress.com in November 2010, as was j1zl08br.wordpress.com which is the only site in this account. You’ve never used it since it was created – the site is still showing the default post with which it was created 6 years ago.
