Hacked site

  My website has been hacked. I suspect by the developer who is now asking for money to fix and redeploy. Has anyone had a similar experience? Is there a way of finding backups of the original site prior to it being hacked in WordPress archives or somewhere? Thanks Brad

  UAE based website developer used my WordPress site to develop the website
  Host is OnlyDomains
  Developer blames Only Domains for security breach and vice versa.
