  Hi, my website has been hacked and I cannot access Jetpack due to the compromise. I have been trying to contact customer support via the chatbot but am going around in circles because it keeps saying I need to be a paying subscriber (which I am!) but it isn’t recognising that. My website is my business and livelihood, please advise how I can get around this.

  We can’t help as that site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform. You must take a look in the documentation at wordpress.org
