Hacked Theme

Hi good people,
I have a website that i have be running for few months now. But today when i got here crystalseo.net there was a file included at the top of my website’s pages. If i change the theme the file disapper but i really don’t want to do that coz it’s a nice theme . I can see the site is redirecting to cdn.dsultra.com using some java script from the source code(using firebug) but i can’t find which file this java script is embedded so that i can delete them someone help me please. -
