Hacked twice in two days

    Help my url is https://touringkiwis.com/
    I have been hacked by about 10 people twice in two days. They log themselves on as users and then they post highly nasty content. I have changed my password and removed the users but they just hack in again. How can I stop this without paying a fortune.
