hacked website

hello, my site was hacked and today I can no longer log in as administrator from the account created with the email (email visible only to moderators and staff). I recreated an account from the php admin database with a different email than (email visible only to moderators and staff) but I still cannot connect. The email used for this new account is (email visible only to moderators and staff)
would it be possible to delete everything to start from scratch from my host? or can you make one of the two accounts arrive as an admin on the sportrehab.fr site?

Since your site is not hosted with WordPress.com (it is a site using the open-source WordPress software, from WordPress.org, but hosted elsewhere), you’ll want to look for help at the community forums here: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ or contacting your host directly.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
