Hacked website impossible to get in

  Hi,
  My website has been hacked and i can’t access it, login and password gone. How can I resolve the problem when the only support I can get is when i get into my site and press on help button??? But my account is deleted. Can I get an email address to talk to someone?

  I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet

  I can see your site is not hosted on WordPress.com and uses open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) and this forum is focused on sites hosted on WordPress.com.

  The WordPress.com and WordPress.org sites are completely different: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org

  You might want to consider posting your question at WordPress.org’s support forum, where people are familiar with such problems and can help you in a more efficient manner: https://wordpress.org/support/forums

  WordPress.com has no control over sites hosted elsewhere, so your hosting provider may be able to help you if you are still having problems.
