hello, I had a blog which get hacked 4.Nov18… My Username and my password doesnt work anymore… what can i do and how can i kick the hacker out of my blog… is there any chance ? i dont wanna delete and create if there is a possibility…

@batudur, your site is not on our servers. It is through http://www.smarthost.pl. What I’m seeing is not WordPress but an HTML page.

@supermovia of course i understand you give support for wordpress and not html :-) But my website was on wordpress… so i dont know what hacker did with it… i am not a developer dont know what can i do now…

http://www.hissedar.org/ is not hosted on wordpress.com it has following nameservers

ns1069.ui-dns.org
ns1038.ui-dns.com
ns1037.ui-dns.biz
ns1126.ui-dns.de

It might be hosted on https://www.ionos.com/
Please contact them once.

The domain, hissedar.org, has never been connected to any site on WordPress.com. So if you’ve been using WordPress on that site, you’ve been using the open source WordPress software at another host.

The domain is registered with https://www.ionos.com/, so I suggest you contact them to find out if your original site may have been with them, or if there has been any recent changes to your domain or your account with them.

Else, contact http://www.smarthost.pl/ where the site is currently hosted for help.

But we don’t have and never had any control over your site, so we cannot help you with this.
