Hacker Changed My Profile

I couldn’t login recently to my website but I was still able to login to wordpress.com and I could see that a (email visible only to moderators and staff) had changed my admin username and password. I have changed the password and reset the email back to mine but I can’t change the username. If I get an error message that usernames can’t be changed, how did she change my username to bedzns? I can’t tell anything she’s done to the site, no new posts, no links, etc. How can I be thorough and check she didn’t do anything to my site?

For what site is this? The only site in your account is a Jetpack-connected site,
http://meaganscreations.com/That site is not on our servers and we have no control over it. It’s using the open source WordPress software found on WordPress.org, and aside from the Jetpack link that site has nothing to do with WordPress.com.

I checked your WordPress.com username account, and there has been no recent username or email changes on this account, only an update of the account recovery email about 13 hours ago.

My site has been hacked.
The other day my login password was not working. I didn’t think much of it other than user error. Today the same thing happened, and upon further investigation I saw that my user name was also changed to “bedzns”.
According to Google, on March 14th, 2018, a new “owner” has been added to my account using the email address: (email visible only to moderators and staff)

That said, the site, https://skeletoncruebrand.com, is not even on WordPress.com, so we have no ability to help you with that site. That site is using the open source WordPress.org software, and is installed on Bluehost’s servers.
