hacker is controlling my blog

  there is an hacker that is filtering everything I write. When I try to post it takes time and if I modify the same post and update, it doesn’t change, still give out the same version. Besides, Even if I do not publish what I write gets its way somewhere else, another reconfirm that someone is controlling or censuring my blog. I have also noticed visitors as if I had published something new and it’s only a draft.
  Every day I get disconnected from the internet service provider, the modem works fine. All my passwords have disappeared. The proxy that was inserted without my consent has disappeared but I have not d anything myself and the problem of the hacker still persist. I have received a threaten yesterday and today it has disappeared.
  I keep on having interferences with my identity and passwords and I have reasn to believe these are powerful criminals
