  I know the hacker her name is Lynn Stauffenbeg from
  Munich Germany, has the website boots.com here on
  Wordpress.

  The WordPress.com account you used to post here is less than a day old. What is the URL of the site that you think is being hacked?

  The domain, boots.com, is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, and we have no control at all over that site, nor any information about who owns it.

  That domain is registered with https://www.ascio.com/, so perhaps they’ll be able to help you instead.
