  URGENT I’ve just experienced two occasions this week where hackers have gained access to my site. I have made my password incredibly long and complicated both times yet clearly this is not working. What is going on with your security measures??? Please contact me ASAP!

  The site mentioned does not use our managed hosting environment from WordPress.com. Instead, it’s set up on the open source WordPress.org software which is something different.
