Hackers have disconnected my domain and blocked the Admin Panel.

My domain has been disconnected from my wp account.
I can’t access mywebsite.com/wp-admin: when I type it it goes back to mywebsite.com.
My host (Dreamhost) simply tells me that the website is clear of viruses (useless).
I keep receiving automatic notifications from the host about “new users” to my domain.
I checked these emails and some are affiliate websites.
These hackers are clearly attaching hidden links to their marketing websites, which are not detected as malware. -
