hacking nightmare

  My site was hacked. I have not had a proper site for 3 months. There is noone to talk to at wordpress. I just upgraded one of the themes (shuttle pro–) it won’t load onto my wordpress site, the new update of wordpress won’t load on my site. Its all so very very frustrating— who can help me!

  On what site are you working? The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites on WordPress.com and was only created yesterday.

  If you’re using the open source WordPress software at another host, please ask for help at https://wordpress.org/support/forums instead, or contact your hosting provider directly.
