Hacking problem

  My website http://www.lifetimeintegrativewellness.com has been hacked. The site is being re-directed and a porn site appears instead.
  I have not been able to access my website at all. The hacking took place around 2:00am this evening. Other sites may have been affected as well.
  Is there a way that you can prevent this from happening as you are the developer?
