HACKSTER

I HAVE NOT AUTHORIZED a SECOND ADMINISTRATOR! HOW DO WE REMOVE WILLIAM BALES WHO WAS FIRED?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
-
Every blog has a sole owner and it is the person with the username account who registered the blog under that username account. There is no way anyone can be added to the blog unless they have access to your log in information.
-
Did you use the same password for your email account and your blog?
Are you sharing log-in information with anyone or leaving it where anyone can locate it?
Are you remaining logged in on your computer so anyone can come along and access your blog through it?
Go to your email program and change the password to a very difficult one because that’s how many hackers gain access to blogs.
Then read this please knowing that blogs don’t get hacked when security protocols are followed. > http://en.support.wordpress.com/security/
1. If you can log-in go here > Users > All Users and delete any user that does not belong there.
2. Disable post by email > http://en.support.wordpress.com/post-by-email/
3. Disable post by voice > http://en.support.wordpress.com/post-by-voice/
4. Change your blog password to a very difficult one > http://en.support.wordpress.com/passwords/#change-your-password
5. Use a secure, encrypted connection to connect to your Dashboard. Under Users → Personal Settings, check the box that says “Always use HTTPS when visiting administration pages, and click Save Changes.

If you are referring to the site chicagovlive.wordpress.com, you are the only user on the site (and it looks like there were never any other users).
If someone else has posted to your site or modified your content in some way, it’s possible they have access to your email account or your WordPress.com account credentials. I would recommend immediately changing your WordPress.com account password as well as the password to your associated email address, and beyond that, follow the procedures timethief has outlined.

we changed our password yesterday

This link explains how to change your WordPress.com password:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/passwords/#change-your-passwordI see the site bizstars.wordpress.com listed in the tags on this thread. Is that the site you’re referring to? If so, that site is owned by a different WordPress.com user, and that user cannot be removed without their consent.
-
No the site is a SUB SITE of Chicago V Live and has been hacked
I am the owner -and main/ ADMIN in that site until this IT hackster was fired /wont remove himself . Hacked in to both sites and changing /deleting my posts… security issue, not only fraudulent but annoying !
Stalking my every other site …siiickk… -
Exactly what is the URL of the site you are having trouble with – the term “sub site” is alien to at least me – the actual URL’s will help @jackiedana check the proper accounts

The site bizstars.wordpress.com was actually created and is currently owned by a different WordPress.com user, who added you on as an administrator.
If you have an issue with how the site is being managed, you will need to take it up with that individual.
